to the university...: September 2010

About this blog....

"Put it out to the university!!" Ever since a good friend of mine used this phrase (by accident), we've been putting our good intentions and well wishes out into the "university" to bring good things to us. Harnessing the power of the Universe, and loving ourselves, ALL of us can have whatever our hearts desire.

I started this blog to talk about my therapisty thoughts. They swirl around in my head and in true 'therapist' fashion, the only effective way I've found to get rid of them is to express them. It's a way to share what I know, and what I've learned from being a therapist. I hope I make sense most of the time.
